Cathie Crampton has been named Head of Property Management Growth and Performance at Belle Property.

With more than 20 years’ of experience in property management, both at Belle and other real estate brands, as well as a successful keynote speaker, Ms Crampton brings a wealth of knowledge to the agency.

Ms Crampton previously served as Head of Network Property Management at Belle between 2015 and 2017.

Ms Crampton said she was looking forward to adding value to the group, growing the division and improving profitability.

“I’m so excited to be part of the Belle Property team again,” Ms Crampton said.

“I love working with principals and directors at the business level to help them grow their property management assets.

“My objective is to develop strategies that will assist franchises and their people to reach growth targets, improve profitability and capital value, maintain client retention, foster career satisfaction, and build business longevity.”

A highly motivated individual, Ms Crampton has extensive national experience as a thought leader, business owner and industry coach will ensure she is well-placed to develop and grow the network’s property management landscape.

As a successful keynote speaker and commentator, her coaching services have established a reputation for increasing property management revenue.

Belle Property Chief Executive Officer, Peter Hanscomb, said he was thrilled that Ms Crampton had returned to lead the growth of the property management arm.

“We have seen many challenges over the Covid period in addition to an anti-investment sentiment which has resulted in a lack of rent-roll growth,” Mr Hanscomb said.

“Cathie’s wealth of experience in strategic planning and execution is an incredible resource for our Belle Property office teams.”

Ms Crampton’s appointment will provide franchises and their teams an opportunity to formally incorporate her coaching services, further investing in their businesses, to accelerate the growth and performance of their property management assets.
