Head of Property Management at BresicWhitney, Chantelle Collin, has officially become a partner, on the back of her contribution and position as a trusted leader at the real estate group.
Ms Collin will become the first female partner in the business, reflecting BresicWhitney’s commitment to having a diverse leadership group.
Ms Collin said becoming a partner at BresicWhitney was a privilege.
“To continue delivering meaningful outcomes for our people, our clients and our communities is a role I take on with great pride and responsibility,” Ms Collin said.
“I feel fortunate to have this opportunity and look forward to leveraging my 25 years of experience to continue helping pave an exciting future for BresicWhitney.
“One where our people can also see how ambitions translate into opportunity, and the career progression and pathways that are available.”
Ms Collin said her elevation speaks to the value the property management.
“As the first female leader to become a partner in BresicWhitney, I’m incredibly proud of what this says about not only our values as a group, but the strategic importance of property management as a discipline, now and into the future,” she said.
Ms Collin has presided over the sustainable growth of BresicWhitney’s property management portfolio in her seven years with the business, which now encompasses more than 3000 homes.
Her achievements have also included transforming the group’s approach to and utilisation of technology – delivering tangible improvements to productivity and efficiency – as well as her people-first approach that heroes care and career progression.
She is a respected leader and mentor at BresicWhitney to the 30-plus team members across property management, leasing, business development and operations, and within the wider industry, remaining a sought-after thought leader and speaker.
BresicWhitney Chief Executive Officer, Thomas McGlynn, said welcoming Ms Collin as an owner is what he believes is a line in the sand moment for the leadership of the group.
“There are indisputable benefits of diverse leadership in real estate in the strategic outcomes it delivers, and its reflection of our values,” Mr McGlynn said.
“Chantelle is an exceptional leader and mentor and while she’s long been a member of our Leadership Team, her position now as a partner of the business marks the next step for both her, and for BresicWhitney.”
