Christina Ricci has placed her Woodland Hills home on the market for US$2.249 million.
Ricci, known for her roles in The Addams Family and Casper, has owned the property since 2018.
She purchased the home with her ex-husband, James Heerdegen, for US$1.1 million.
Earlier this year, Ricci revealed to SheKnows that she intended to sell the house due to the negative memories associated with her previous marriage.
Ricci, who remarried hairstylist Mark Hampton in 2021, undertook a renovation of the home with designer and TV personality Jeff Lewis.
The renovation process was featured on the latest season of Lewis’ Amazon Freevee series, Hollywood Houselift.
Now, the home has been revamped in Lewis’ signature transitional traditional style and is ready for a new owner.
The two-storye, charcoal-grey home spans just over 250sq m and sits on a quarter-acre lot.
It features four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The listing is managed by Mercedes “MJ” Javid of The Agency, a former cast member of Bravo’s Shahs of Sunset.
The property welcomes guests with a red front door leading into a bright formal living room with a marble and wood-trimmed fireplace.
The great room at the back of the house includes a family room with grey and gold wallpaper, a skylit dining area, and an open kitchen equipped with designer appliances, brass fixtures, and stone-like counters.
A raised fireplace adds to the charm, and multiple doors open to the backyard, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.
The main floor houses three bedrooms and bathrooms, while the primary suite occupies the upper floor.
The suite features a Juliet balcony overlooking the swimming pool, a bathroom with black-and-white floral wallpaper, a glass-enclosed shower, a freestanding tub, and marble tile flooring.
The backyard includes a kidney-shaped swimming pool surrounded by flagstone terracing and dense foliage for privacy.
Additional features include a small putting green and pathways winding through the lush hillside.
Ricci has a history of owning homes in both New York and Los Angeles.
She sold a Brooklyn townhouse for just under US$2 million last year and a Los Feliz home to actress Sarah Chalke for US$1.3 million two decades ago.
