This $2.25 million listing is not only celebrity-owned—it’s celebrity-renovated, too. Actor Christina Ricci is looking to offload her traditional-style Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, home, which was designed by Bravo’s Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis.

The renovation of the four-bedroom, four-bathroom dwelling was featured on season two of Hollywood Houselift with Jeff Lewis last winter, Realtor.com reports. Ricci loved Lewis’s creative touch so much that after his overhaul of the kitchen and primary bathroom for the Amazon Freevee home makeover series, she called him back for more. “Jeff and I basically ended up partnering on doing the entirety of my house,” the Yellowjackets star told Us Weekly. “And then we’re going to look for future opportunities to flip houses together.”

Ricci bought the roughly 2,700-square-foot abode with her now ex-husband, producer James Heerdegen, for $1.1 million in 2018. Though it dates to the 1950s, the two-story residence is fully modernized and features a contemporary style throughout.

A white brick fireplace warms the kitchen and dining area, which is complete with custom white cabinetry, floating shelves, marble counters, and a kitchen island with a petite breakfast bar. Another fireplace, with a white marble surround and a large wooden mantel, is featured in an adjacent living area.

Upstairs, the primary suite features wide-plank hardwood floors, walk-in closets, a Juliet balcony, and a windowed bathroom with a large soaking tub, a glass shower, and floral-printed wallpaper. The tranquil grounds boast landscaped paths with water features, a patio equipped for alfresco dining, a putting green, and a kidney-bean-shaped swimming pool with a Baja shelf.

Ricci, who once owned Frank Lloyd Wright Jr.’s Samuel-Novarro House, had a slightly surreal experience working with Lewis on the project. “When I was in my 20s, I lived with my sister here in Los Angeles, and pretty much all we would do on the weekends was watch Flipping Out marathons,” she told Us. “I felt like some weird fan that was living their dreams.”
