In spring 2016, Rebel Wilson purchased a traditional Los Angeles home for nearly US$3 million, transforming the garage into a workout space, filling a built-in wine display with awards, and decorating with memorabilia from her films, including a skirt from Pitch Perfect.

Now, the Australian actress is selling her West Hollywood property for $4.15 million, according to the Robb Report.

The listing is managed by Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor of Douglas Elliman and comes as the actress is also selling her Sydney penthouse.

Situated on a quarter-acre in the Fairfax District, the wood-sided home was built in 2015 and spans over 408sq m across two levels, featuring hardwood floors and high ceilings throughout.

Highlights include a gourmet kitchen with a sink-equipped island, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a breakfast nook with a built-in buffet and wine fridge.

The adjoining family room boasts a coffered ceiling, fireplace, and French doors leading to a covered terrace.

The property also includes an office where Wilson wrote much of her autobiography Rebel Rising.

The five bedrooms feature a primary suite with a fireplace, private balcony, mini-bar, and walk-in closet.

The luxurious bath includes dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and a glass-encased shower.

Outside, there’s a saltwater pool and spa in the fenced backyard and an attached two-car garage.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Wilson, 44, plans to downsize to a smaller office space as she spends more time at home with her 1-year-old daughter Royce and fiancée Ramona Agruma, founder of a clothing brand.

Wilson, who is currently working on the upcoming musical movie The Deb, maintains a primary residence in Hollywood Hills, purchased for $2.2 million in 2014.

She also owns properties in New York City, London, and Sydney, where she plans to auction a spare penthouse later this month.
