Ray White Queensland has kicked off a three-year partnership with the Brisbane Lions, becoming their official real estate partner.

The collaboration is a strategic move aimed at expanding the leading group’s presence in Queensland, leveraging the AFL’s massive audience of 11.7 million people a year.

Ray White Queensland Chief Executive Officer, Jason Andrew, said he was thrilled to join forces with the Brisbane Lions.

“This partnership enhances our visibility and engagement in Queensland, leveraging off our group’s successful strategies in South Australia with Port Adelaide and at the MCG in Melbourne,” Mr Andrew said.

With the current migration trends towards Queensland, Mr Andrew said the partnership ensured Ray White remained at the forefront of customers’ minds, reinforcing it commitment to the local community.

“We don’t just sell houses, we sell homes and we have been doing it in Brisbane for 100 years,” he said.

“We have increased our brand visibility by partnering with the Lions, one of the most successful AFL teams who have a huge following at the Gabba and away.

He said the new relationship provides extensive exposure to a large and dedicated fan base, both at games and through media and TV coverage.

“The AFL’s vast audience allows us to showcase the Ray White brand and attract potential customers,” he said.

“We have a long and proud legacy of community engagement and this sponsorship allows for deeper connections with the local community, enhancing our reputation and loyalty among Queensland residents.”

Mr Andrew said associating with a successful team like the Brisbane Lions, would boost Ray White’s brand image, reflecting qualities of excellence and high performance.

“The partnership facilitates unique marketing campaigns and promotional activities that engage customers, keeping Ray White top-of-mind,” he said.

“This year we are celebrating 100 years since Ray White moved from Crows Nest to Brisbane and revolutionised the real estate market.

“It also marks eight years until Brisbane hosts the 2032 Olympics and we know our best years are ahead of us.”

Since 1924, Ray White has been at the forefront of real estate in the heart of Brisbane, after moving from Crows Nest, north of Toowoomba, to his first city business on Brisbane’s Queen St.

This year marks 100 years of Ray White selling in Brisbane.

On July 21, there will be a high profile auction experience event that will bring together the group’s Queensland network like never before as they present more than 200 properties to auction in one location.

Additionally, Ray White Queensland will host its inaugural panel, called ‘The Voice of Queensland Property’, with a number of high profile property commentators from across the sector to discuss the prospects for Brisbane in the lead up to the 2032 Olympics.
