Leading brand Stockdale & Leggo has encouraged its leaders to focus on having a committed mindset and building a clear plan for growth, at the recent Leaders Retreat in Port Douglas.

Stockdale & Leggo Chief Executive Officer, Charlotte Pascoe, said this year’s event was centred around providing practical growth strategies and professional development opportunities for the group’s business owners.

“A clear roadmap and a committed mindset are crucial for business growth,” Ms Pascoe said.

The network also unveiled new marketing initiatives, which equip franchise owners with essential marketing tools.

She said this year’s retreat was shaped by feedback from last year, focusing on the specific needs of the principals and the deployment of tools and resources to support their business growth and development.

“Based on the feedback we received, we’ve launched targeted initiatives that directly address the needs of our network, starting with comprehensive marketing tools and resources, and further into prospecting strategies and fundamental business structures,” she said.

“Following the positive reception of our initial marketing efforts, we are now gearing up to attract top-tier agents by leveraging the full spectrum of our network’s resources,” she said.

The two-day event featured insights from industry leaders and the introduction of data-driven tools aimed at enhancing business performance.

The retreat also featured a presentation by AFL star and four-time Hawthorn premiership player, Jordan Lewis, who discussed the importance of daily effort, commitment, and resilience in achieving high performance.

Ms Pascoe said his session provided valuable insights into the dedication required to excel in any field.

“Jordan’s talk was a highlight, offering a fresh perspective on how the disciplines of sports and business intersect,” she said.
