Prestige property specialist Walter Antonelli has joined Highland Property Group, bringing with him a wealth of experience selling in the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

The Announcement:

Highland Property Group welcomes prestige property specialist Walter Antonelli to the team, bringing more than 30 years experience within the high-end market of Sydney, catering to domestic and international clients.

Mr Antonelli’s addition to the Highland team is highly anticipated, bringing extensive experience that includes the sale of luxury and high-profile homes in the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore, resulting in hundreds of millions in property sales.

Highland Chief Executive Officer, David Highland said, they were thrilled to welcome Mr Antonelli to the team.

“His extensive experience and unwavering dedication to client satisfaction perfectly align with our core values,” Mr Highland said.

“By bringing Mr Antonelli on board, we are confident he will add great value to our Double Bay team, particularly by working alongside our directors of Highland Double Bay Malouf, Bill and David Malouf, within the high-end market.”

Highland has reported a boom within that top end market, with $300 million in property sales in just 6 weeks.

This culminated with a super Wednesday in which the team transacted $50 million in just 24 hours.

“The prestige market is really strong right now,” Mr Highland said.

“In just one day our agents closed deals in excess of $50 million which included suburb record sales, heritage listed properties and notable price points over the $10 million mark.”

“The hire of Mr Antonelli is truly exciting for us with this momentum as we know his track record in this space and with his strong connections in the market, the sky truly is the limit now.”

The Highland Double Bay office has facilitated many notable transactions since its inception in 2021, none more so than the mammoth circa $60 million sale in Vaucluse by Bill Malouf and the equally impressive sale of Roxy Jacenko’s $14 million mansion in 2023 by son David.

The appointment of Mr Antonelli, who has himself worked on the notable sales of celebrity and high-net-worth client homes, will only strengthen the Highland brand within the luxury market.

Mr Antonelli has a proven record of success in the real estate industry with a commitment to providing clients with unparalleled service and a deep understanding of the top-end market.
