As the mountain of evidence continues to grow that Joe Biden has likely been an international shake-down artist for decades, word now comes that White House Counsel Stuart Delery, whom the embattled president calls a “trusted adviser,” is leaving the administration, as the GOP investigations continue to heat up.
In a Thursday statement from the White House, Biden called Delery a “trusted adviser and a constant source of innovative legal thinking since Day One of my Administration.”
“Innovative legal thinking.” We’ll get back to that.
Biden (his handlers, no doubt) also said:
From his work during those early days on COVID-19 and efforts to get life-saving vaccines to the American public to the implementation of major legislative accomplishments such as the American Rescue Plan, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, and the Inflation Reduction Act, he has been an integral part of my team and will be missed throughout the Administration. I extend my thanks to Stuart and his family for his service.
Uh-huh. Biden forgot to mention that Delery was the top advisor who helped craft Biden’s ill-fated student loan “forgiveness” plan, which, more aptly, was a student loan bailout plan, or even more accurately, a student loan wealth-redistribution scam — of monumental proportions. So, back to Delery’s “innovative legal thinking.”
The Supreme Court in June ruled by a 6-3 majority that Team Biden overstepped its constitutional authority when Biden announced he would cancel up to $400 billion in student loan debt. Again, rather than “canceling” contractual debt, Biden planned to shift that debt to the taxpayers of America. Innovative, maybe — unconstitutional, for sure.
Moreover, while Biden bragged about his ridiculously named American Rescue Plan and Build Back Better Plan, with combined costs to U.S. taxpayers of nearly $3 trillion (just on paper, that is), the inept president’s failed policies have only combined to drive inflation through the roof and continue to wreak havoc on hardworking Americans across the fruited plain.
How much was Delery involved in those plans? Dunno. But as a top “trusted adviser” to Joe, it wouldn’t be unreasonable to assume he was well involved.

Delery’s departure comes as House Republicans investigate Biden’s son Hunter as well as the origins of COVID-19. Some GOP lawmakers are pressing for an impeachment inquiry into the president. Meantime, a special counsel named by Biden’s attorney general is investigating the presence of classified documents at Biden’s Delaware home and former Washington office.
The White House has about two dozen legal, legislative, and communications aides working on oversight and investigations. Biden’s personal lawyer, Bob Bauer, is handling the classified documents matter.
Biden’s chief of staff, Jeff Zients, has asked Cabinet members and senior officials to decide by the end of summer whether they will leave or stay on the job through 2024 and the election. A White House official, who was not authorized to comment publicly and spoke on condition of anonymity, said Delery’s departure had been long planned.
Susan Rice, who served as Barack Obama’s National Security Advisor and stepped down as Biden’s chief domestic policy advisor earlier this year, worked closely with Delery. Rice — viewed by many Biden detractors as pulling his strings behind the scenes, insisted the timing of Delery’s departure shouldn’t be “misconstrued.”
So I don’t think that this should be in any way construed as bad timing or the consequence of any exogenous factors. I have never seen him lose his temper or his cool. I’ve never seen him get irritable with anybody, which is unbelievable. None of us are irreplaceable but there are few people who have been around as long as Stuart, who have the knowledge, experience, and the confidence of colleagues and the president that Stewart has. It’s a loss, big time.
Loss, or not, perhaps Stuart Delery is simply the first of Biden’s key architects who made the decision to flee the sinking ship — I won’t use the “rats” analogy; wouldn’t be professional — but it’s certainly not a stretch to suggest the writing for Team Biden is definitely on the wall.
Moreover, could it be that those walls are finally — finally — closing in on Joe Biden and his alleged decades of shakedowns? Skeptics say “No” — with ample cause — while others can’t imagine Biden getting out of this one, at least with respect to the 2024 Democrat presidential nominee.
