On September 14, Vogue World, which debuted last year in NYC, is coming to London for a night to remember. At the Vogue World London event, which will be streamed internationally, you can expect to see some of the biggest names of the fashion and entertainment worlds flock to Theatre Royal Drury Lane, a special West End venue that is the oldest theater site in London still in use.

Vogue World will incorporate the best of the best from the arts world, with theater, opera, ballet, and other performing arts on display in a dramatic show created by BAFTA- and Olivier-winning director Stephen Daldry, show director Emily Burns, and creative producer Fran Miller, alongside the Vogue team. And there will be no shortage of celebrities in the mix—look out for Kate Moss, Sophie Okonedo, Ian McKellen, Stormzy, and many more. Top fashion brands, ranging from Burberry to Erdem to Maison Margiela, will be providing unforgettable looks for the affair.

Theatre Royal Drury Lane is a fitting venue for this special evening dedicated to the arts (all net ticket proceeds will benefit performing arts organizations across London). While the current theater was erected in 1812, this is actually the fourth structure to stand on this site, after its first iteration in the 1660s. (Two of the prior structures succumbed to fires, and one was demolished to make way for a larger property.) The building that still stands was designed by Benjamin Dean Wyatt, an English architect also known for work on Apsley House, a distinguished dwelling for the Duke of Wellington adjacent to Hyde Park. Notably, in 1817, Theatre Royal Drury Lane became the first theater in Britain to be outfitted with gas lighting throughout, and in 1820, the portico that still stands outside the entrance was added.

While lucky guests will get to experience this space and the dynamic event in person, virtual attendees are invited to tune into Vogue World: London from around the world. Head to www.vogue.world on September 14 to watch the main performance starting from 3 p.m. ET, with the preshow beginning at 2:45 pm.

Vogue World: London is presented by Genesis, eBay, and Coach, and supported by Moncler and Don Julio 1942. Contributing support is provided by Estée Lauder. Purchase your Vogue World: London tickets here now.
