No. 1. The Home Update

The updates continue at the McGee home! We did a little demo through a portion of the roof gable to do a stepped detail on the brick and added a beautiful swoop to our brick planter walls. As a designer, I love that these changes are adding detail to my ever evolving “design lab” project!

No. 2. Back on the Court

I was back at it with another tennis match this week – I’m still pushing myself outside of my comfort zone when competing in these matches, but I honestly love it.

No. 3. Moody Florals

I am here for all the moody florals as we head into fall – both in design and fashion. This blouse has me looking forward to cooler temps, but in the meantime, I plan to pair with light denim and sandals to transition from one season to the next.

No. 4. The Fall Collection

I am headed into a remarkably busy few months but looking through our newest McGee & Co. collection has me ready to settle down in our home and fill each space with these cozy pieces.

No. 5. A Scent for Everyone

A member of our design team was recently wearing this perfume and immediately I had to know what it was! Papier is one of those scents that blends beautifully with everyone’s own skin to create a unique scent that isn’t exactly the same on any two people. And the bottle looks beautiful nestled in with my other perfume faves.

No. 6. My Water Park Look

I jokingly referred to this as my “mom of three braves the water park” look, haha. We braved the busyness of the water park with the girls and this set carried me through as I kept a watchful eye on all three. Long live summer!

No. 7. Back to School!

School is almost here!? The girls and I love the back-to-school shopping tradition – I feel nostalgic watching them pick out their first day of school looks and loading their backpacks with a new lunch box and a fresh set of markers.

XO – Shea
