Savills is pleased to announce its successful representation of its client Steptoe & Johnson PLLC in a new major market expansion. The firm, which has grown rapidly since opening in Pittsburgh in 2020, will increase its footprint by 40% in its new 23,000-square-foot location at One PPG Place.
Steptoe & Johnson is currently in a strategic expansion mode, and the award-winning law firm is growing many existing offices and boosting its presence nationally. The firm is a longtime client of Savills Senior Managing Director Lesa Nickelson French who partnered with Newmark’s David Koch on lease negotiations.
PPG Place is situated in the center of downtown Pittsburgh, adjacent to historic Market Square. The complex consists of six office buildings totaling 1.5 million square feet of Class A space. The property is home to several restaurants as well as the Wintergarden and the PPG Place Plaza featuring an outdoor skating rink with alfresco seating.
