RXR, a leading real estate owner, operator and developer in New York City and the surrounding region, announced financial services company TimesSquare Capital Management is signing a new office lease at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, occupying 14,116 square feet on the 30th floor for a lease term of seven years. The tenant is relocating from their previous headquarters at 7 Times Square. The tenant was represented by Silvio Petriello of CBRE and RXR was represented in-house by Alexandra Budd and Daniel Birney and by brokerage team from Cushman & Wakefield, led by Bruce Mosler.

75 Rockefeller Plaza is a premier landmarked Manhattan property, located on West 51st Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, encompassing prime office and retail space. RXR has seen major success in this building largely due to the tech-powered resources that are seamlessly integrated throughout, including the proprietary WorxWell app. WorxWell revolutionizes the pre-built environment by providing flexible layouts for ultimate adaptability. These beautifully designed, modular spaces can be reorganized at the touch of a button on the tenant’s WorxWell app, allowing the ability to continuously modify the space to any changing needs and circumstances. WorxWell also provides statistics and insights so tenants can tailor their space based on real-world data.

“I am excited to welcome TimesSquare Capital to the community at 75 Rockefeller Plaza, adding to the incredible lease activity that has transformed this iconic building into a thriving financial services hub,” said William Elder, RXR’s Executive Vice President and Managing Director of New York City Leasing. “At RXR, we pride ourselves in our ability to quickly adapt physical spaces to fit tenants’ evolving needs, optimize efficiency, and seamlessly support our tenants’ growth. This flexibility, combined with our commitment to providing exceptional service, has solidified 75 Rockefeller Plaza as the premier destination for ambitious businesses aiming to thrive in the heart of New York City’s financial and cultural epicenter.”

TimesSquare Capital Management is a fundamental research-oriented investment firm specializing in growth equity strategies. A long-tenured team manages U.S., non-U.S., and global equity portfolios for a variety of pension funds, endowments, foundations, and financial service companies. The firm’s bottom-up investment process traces its roots back to 1984.

Located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, 75 Rockefeller Plaza stands as a prime destination for office tenants seeking a prestigious and convenient location. Boasting a thriving neighborhood, the building offers an array of amenities perfect for the modern professional. Steps away from renowned dining establishments and iconic landmarks such as Radio City Music Hall, 75 Rockefeller Plaza brings cultural prestige to the workplace. With easy access to America’s flagship row, office tenants have a wide range of upscale shops and boutiques at their doorstep. And with close proximity to major transit stations, including Grand Central Station, the building is perfect for commuters and New Yorkers alike. Elevating the office experience with elegance and convenience, 75 Rockefeller Plaza is the epitome of urban sophistication for professionals.
