When I say I’m looking for a coastal grandmother, quiet luxury, all-white monochrome moment, I’m talking about Queen Letizia of Spain in this look specifically. Has anyone (besides Gwyneth Paltrow, maybe) ever been this effortlessly chic?
The queen visited the Residencia de Estudiantes cultural center in Madrid, Spain on June 27 in head-to-toe natural hues. The ensemble included a sleeveless mock turtleneck knit by Massimo Dutti, a pair of straight white trousers from Carolina Herrera’s 2021 resort collection, and cream-colored espadrille wedges that were as practical for the day as they were elegant.

In keeping with the look’s I-just-threw-this-together vibe, Queen Letizia didn’t clutter the minimalist ‘fit with a ton of jewelry. The Spanish queen instead kept it to a pair of stud earrings and a silver ring.
