Missouri’s Harrison Mevis hits walk-off 61-yard field goal to upset No. 15 Kansas State

Missouri kicker Harrison Mevis made a 61-yard field goal in the final seconds against No. 15 Kansas State to give the Tigers a 30-27 win on Saturday at home.

Mevis’ kick was the longest in the history of the SEC, per ESPN Stats & Info. Missouri had a 62-yard field goal against Colorado in 1986, however.

Missouri advances to 3-0 on the year while Kansas State falls to 2-1.
