If Fredrik Eklund’s all-blush Beverly Hills home tour left you feeling rosy, now could be your chance to live like the Million Dollar Listing star. The broker, along with his husband, artist Derek Kaplan, just listed the eight-bedroom and eight-bathroom East Coast traditional to rent for $50,000 a month.

Eklund and Kaplan, along with their five-year-old twins Milla and Freddy, moved into the 5,674-square-foot home in 2021 and quickly transformed it into a colorful sanctuary with the help of interior designer Paris Forino. A pale shade of pink serves as a neutral throughout the abode, providing a warmer and more playful backdrop than any shade of white or gray ever could. Several other pinks (including eight shades of blush marble in the primary bathroom alone) along with mustard yellow and a handful of blues round out the color palette, which manages to walk the line between daring and serene. “When you say color, sometimes people think of, like, maximum, very crazy. And that’s not what we wanted,” Eklund explained during the AD tour. “Everything is soft.”

The dwelling’s open floor plan features a double-height foyer across from a formal dining space. Further into the home, a living room equipped with a marble fireplace shares the space with the eat-in kitchen, which features a sprawling marble island, copper counters and backsplash, a breakfast nook, and a custom blue L’Atelier Paris range.
