In 2013, Fergie custom built a retreat in the charming town of Solvang, California, which is known for its many wineries and Danish architecture. The purchase enabled her dad to realize his dream of planting a vineyard and launching the family wine label, Ferguson Crest. The Black Eyed Peas singer has decided to part ways with the bespoke hilltop abode, according to Dirt, selling recently for just about $3.7 million. She retains ownership of another home in the Golden State, a mansion in Brentwood Hills which she’s had since 2007.
The six-acre Mediterranean-style house is tucked away at the end of a private cul-de-sac, behind the gates of a long driveway surrounded by greenery. The sunken driveway leads to a four-car garage and a staircase ushering visitors to the front door. Lush landscaping frames the entire single-floor home and complements the intricate stonework detailing along its exterior.
Inside, a foyer flows into the dwelling’s living room, which features a stone fireplace. The kitchen is complete with walnut cabinetry, a Wolf range, and a breakfast bar. There’s also a temperature-controlled wine storage room, a butler’s pantry, and a formal dining area. Bi-fold glass doors and large windows offer a picturesque view of the vineyard and the Santa Ynez Valley while letting in an endless amount of California sunshine.

From the full outdoor kitchen, guests can enjoy the unobstructed vista of the mountains beyond the property. The grounds also host a fire pit, wraparound patios, a built-in hot tub, and several elegant water features. The home boasts a number of alluring amenities but perhaps the most enticing of all is its proximity to the hillside vineyard, which produces Syrah wine.
