Fennelly Associates, one of New Jersey and Pennsylvania’s most experienced and successful independent full-service commercial real estate service providers, announces it has negotiated a lease for 4,444 square feet of office space at 231 Clarksville Road in West Windsor, N.J. Fennelly Associates’ President, Jerry Fennelly, SIOR, and Corporate Real Estate Specialist, Patrick Dintrone, SIOR, represented the landlord, Bayard Street Properties, in the transaction with the tenant, Wellness Recovery Center of NJ, LLC, who was represented by Ryan Curran and Lindsey Lyndon of Curran Commercial.

Located less than five miles from Princeton University, 231 Clarksville Road is a 27,773-square-foot medical office building with ample on-site parking and accessibility to Routes 1 and 206 as well as Interstate 295. In addition, the property boasts a diverse mix of tenants including Kaleidoscope ABA, Westrick Music Academy and the Russian School of Mathematics, and is suited to fit the needs of tenants across the general business, healthcare and professional services industries.
