Where are Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger off to? The pair have listed their palatial Pacific Palisades pad with a $32 million price tag, Realtor.com reports. The Guardians of the Galaxy star and his wife, a self-help author and the eldest daughter of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver, moved into the 12,900-square-foot home in 2021 after two years of renovation. The Parks and Recreation alum spent $15.6 million on the plot in June 2018, around the time he started dating Schwarzenegger.

The couple customized the 1995-built dwelling into a more traditional-style abode, though its curved red roof tiles maintain a semblance of its Mediterranean past. The six-bedroom, 12-bathroom home features a minimal but warm style, with lots of light wood and a creamy palette. A large eat-in island with a gray stone counter rests in the middle of the kitchen, which the family apparently kept meticulously organized. “Is there anything more satisfying than spice jars, labeled, in alphabetical order?” Schwarzenegger asked her Instagram followers in February 2021. Equipped with a breakfast bar and a lounge area, an airy great room at the heart of the abode opens out onto the backyard via a disappearing wall of glass.

There are numerous spots to hang out outside and enjoy the manse’s many amenities, which include a salt water swimming pool, a cabana decked out with a complete outdoor kitchen, a basketball half-court, and several private patios. Other highlights include a movie theater with tiered green velvet seating, a golf simulator, and a teak wood spa area boasting a hot and cold plunge, steam room, and sauna.

As for Pratt and Schwarzenegger’s next home, it likely won’t be too far of a move away. Pratt’s divorce settlement with his ex, Scary Movie star Anna Faris, states that they must live within five miles of each other until their son, Jack, finishes sixth grade. If our calculations are correct, that means the former couple will remain within close proximity until at least spring of 2024.
