Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) EWM Realty has been appointed the exclusive sales team of 7918 West Drive in Miami’s North Bay Village, developed by Malaysia-based Pacific & Orient Properties, LLC. Mirna Zarate, Zenaida Figueroa and Gasper Mavric are the exclusive sales agents. The extravagant, 21-story condominium — which broke ground in February and is slated for completion in the first half of 2025 — comprises 54 generously sized residences on the Intracoastal Waterway, marked by unobstructed vistas of Biscayne Bay and the surrounding city.
