Aimbridge Hospitality, a leading, global hospitality management company and the world’s largest third-party hotel operator, has been selected to manage five Marriott properties recently acquired by Three Wall Capital, LLC (“TWC”), expanding a growing portfolio owned by the hotel investment group.
Located in the Phoenix and Fort Lauderdale metros and totaling 642 keys, the five properties will be managed through Aimbridge’s Select Service Division, benefitting from a highly trained, service-oriented staff and best-in-class industry resources to deliver enhanced value for TWC and elevate the guest experience. Aimbridge is now responsible for the management of nearly 80 extended stay, select service, and full-service properties owned by TWC, continuing a partnership first established in 2019.
